### Value Guarantee System and Flow of Funds Process

* **1:1 Value Guarantee:** Every DDM coin issued is backed by cash deposited in audited financial institutions.
* **Flow of Funds:**
  * **Deposits:** Users deposit fiat currency into accounts at State Digital Bank (SDB).
  * **Coin Issuance:** SDB issues DDM coins on a 1:1 basis corresponding to the deposited amount.
  * **Transactions:** Users transact via the Polygon network.
  * **Exchange:** When users wish to convert back to fiat, SDB processes the conversion at a predetermined rate.
